PEAS THE FRENCH

INGREDIENTS:
1 Kg of frozen peas
1/2 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil

PREPARATION:
     Heat a pot of water and salt (a heaping teaspoon per liter). When boiling, add the peas and cook a few minutes until soft. Drain well.
     Chop onion and sofreírla in a pan with olive oil. When transparent, add chopped garlic also, and when it has browned, add the peas. Sauté a few minutes, season and serve hot.
