POTATOES WITH YOGURT SAUCE CURRY

INGREDIENTS:
1 K potato
1 plain yogurt
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Dash of pepper

PREPARATION:
     Peel the potatoes, cut into medium pieces and put them to cook in salted water (1 heaping teaspoon per liter) until soft (about 20 minutes). Allow to cool in the cooking water and drain.
     Meanwhile, make the sauce whisking with a fork yogurt with two tablespoons of olive oil, a teaspoon of sugar, parsley and curry. Add salt and pepper to taste.

     Note:
     You can serve the potatoes and sauce separately, so that each one you want to take, or mixed with potatoes and gravy.
