INGREDIENTS:
1 slice of smoked fish (about 100 gr. Serve salmon, trout or any other).
1 small lettuce
50 g cheese
200g of cherry tomatoes
2 eggs
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
PREPARATION:
Put the eggs to cook for 10 minutes and peel. Meanwhile, make the vinaigrette by whisking the oil bowl with vinegar and a teaspoon of salt tip. Cut the smoked fish and lettuce already washed into thin strips, cheese into cubes, the tomatoes in half and boiled eggs into quarters.
Mix in a bowl of lettuce with cheese, add the vinegar and stir well.
Distribute lettuce with cheese in a shallow. Place in the center smoked fish with capers on top. Surrounding all alternating slices of tomato and egg.
