INGREDIENTS:
700 g pork fillets marinated
300 g of potato
1 onion
80 g of grated cheese 4 Cheeses
PREPARATION:
Peel and cut the onions and potatoes into thin slices, to tortilla. Remove the steaks the fat or gristle they might have.
Painting a baking dish with a bit of oil to prevent sticking. Put on the bottom a thin layer of potato and onion mixed, place a layer of loin steaks, and go back and forth on both types of layers up to kill all the ingredients, ending with meat. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake at 180 degrees for 60 minutes or so, until the potatoes are tender. Serve immediately.
