Russian salad Express

This potato salad recipe was given to me a few years ago my friend Paul, who always gave me a recipe very easy to make and delicious to eat.With the start of the "school season", after the holidays, I started to teach some cooking classes aimed at people with culinary concerns but it has neither the time nor the expertise to perform this activity.The idea began chatting with Hugo and David Samper, of Studio Works (Lopez de Hoyos 188, Madrid), where-in a great way, I must say, I reformed a few months ago, my former antediluvian kitchen.Needless to say I'm delighted with the change, both now spend much more time in the kitchen than in other rooms of the house.For the course, which we affectionately call "kitchen inept" is for so many young people who, for professional reasons, do not have time to prepare a decent lunch or dinner and just reaching for the usual "junk food" or pulling restaurant or sandwich as desired or economic capacity.The result of this routine so much and so many people with endless hours of work living alone or in pairs with identical circumstances they work is that they eat a bad diet in terms of nutritional factors, expensive and boring.For these courses aim to teach with easy recipes, imaginative, tasty and healthy, for so many people who have never entered the kitchen for lack of time or desire, are encouraged to do so. Check to cook simple things is not only difficult but is very easy and entertaining.Hopefully in a few lessons these "unfit-that is a nod to the Anglo manuals on various topics, computer science, mathematics, astronomy ...." for dummies "(ie, mathematics, computer or whatever, explains very simple to that everyone understands).For in the first session I have prepared a Russian salad recipe salad expres we call as it takes five minutes to do and it is very very good, almost as much as the mother of each.It opened a couple of boats and, with a few "truquis", similar to the results obtained have been cooking the vegetables separately about two short hours. Well, to me and to my students so we think.Also, if you urge to do it, the more you will lose is five minutes of your time.
A very easy and comfortable to make a tasty potato salad
 
ingredients
     1 can of cooked mixed vegetables (potato, green beans, carrots, peas ...)
     1 can tuna in oil, pickled or plain, but drained
     half dozen green olives pitted
     A small tetrabrick mayonnaise (Santa Teresa brand is very good, but there are others)
     A slice of sweet onion, finely chopped
     sunflower oil, salt and vinegar

instructions
     Pour the contents of the pot of vegetables in a large sieve and washed with cold water to remove preservatives various cans bearing vegetables
     Well drained vegetables and spread on an ample supply
     Add the onion cut very thin and washed and drained to be no strong taste
     Add the chopped olives into quarters and the contents of the can of nice
     It is seasoned with salt, sunflower oil and vinegar. This is to avoid having to put so much mayonnaise and the salad is lighter
     Add the mayonnaise and stir carefully so that you keep the potato.
     Stored in the refrigerator to take chilly
     We will also fine green add half or Fuji apple, diced
