Sticky rice with chicken

We will prepare a delicious sticky rice with chicken and an interesting scent of cloves.
Come with ingredients and steps for making this recipe.
Sticky rice with chicken:- Rice 400gr.- Chicken 750gr.- Onion 1.- Garlic, 3 cloves.- Green pepper 2.- Red pepper 1.- Tomato 1.- Nail 4.- Sal- Pepper.- Chicken broth.- Olive oil.- Black pepper.- Laurel.- Paprika.
In a paella pan or saucepan with 5 tablespoons olive oil 4 cloves (spice), fry lightly spiced chicken pieces until they take some color with halved garlic and reserve. (I especially like to set a good tone, but that's to everyone's taste).
In the same oil to fry put onions, green peppers and red pepper, and halfway through we add the tomato into small pieces or shredded if necessary. We let all of pocharse finished and we put a glass of red wine, so that the base of the rice we take a darker tone. (You can put white wine and let the dish lighter).Once everything poached we add the garlic to fry the chicken and had it all in a blender, to create a sort of base or sauce.
This sauce back to put it in the pan or paella pan and add the chicken pieces, put into the fire, let everything take temperature and add the chicken broth, or water with a piece of chicken concentrate (The amount of water is 3 times the amount of rice that we will do, however if you see that something is short you can add more if necessary) in both cases it is advisable to make it hot.Remember that less liquid is syrupy rice soup and water depending on the type of rice and measurements may vary slightly.
Mix well, add a teaspoon of paprika and a bay leaf, we cover and cook over medium heat about 15 minutes, until chicken is almost finished soft and well cooked. The cooking time depends on the size of the pieces of chicken (in this case were quite large).
Once cooked chicken, add the rice, lower the intensity of the fire and let and be finished over medium heat about 10-12 minutes.
