INGREDIENTS:
4 chicken breasts (about 600 g) of chicken
300 grams of mushrooms
1 cup whole milk
100 ml (half a cup scant) of whiskey
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons oil
PREPARATION:
Cut the chicken into thick strips lengthwise, salpimentar and fry in a pan with the oil.
Remove the chicken and in the same skillet, add the garlic and mushrooms and sliced clean. Them to simmer until the liquid has evaporated that cast.
Then add the whiskey, milk and chicken. Cook for 15 minutes over low heat and serve immediately.
Note:
This dish also can be given to children, because after cooking 15 minutes, all the alcohol has evaporated containing whiskey.
