WHISKEY CHICKEN BREASTS


INGREDIENTS:
4 chicken breasts (about 600 g) of chicken
300 grams of mushrooms
1 cup whole milk
100 ml (half a cup scant) of whiskey
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons oil

PREPARATION:
     Cut the chicken into thick strips lengthwise, salpimentar and fry in a pan with the oil.
     Remove the chicken and in the same skillet, add the garlic and mushrooms and sliced ​​clean. Them to simmer until the liquid has evaporated that cast.
     Then add the whiskey, milk and chicken. Cook for 15 minutes over low heat and serve immediately.

     Note:
     This dish also can be given to children, because after cooking 15 minutes, all the alcohol has evaporated containing whiskey.
