INGREDIENTS:
1/2 kilo of veal round steaks
2 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons olive oil
250g pitted olives
1 small can mushrooms
1 small can of pepper
1 cup (100 cl) white wine
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
PREPARATION:
Salt, flour and fry the steaks with a little oil. Drain and chop the olives, mushrooms and peppers.
In the same pan, without removing the excess oil, put all the steaks, wine, 3 tablespoons tomato sauce, olives, mushrooms and peppers.
Let simmer for 25 minutes, stirring a little occasionally to prevent sticking.
Note:
If you remember, let the fillets in milk several hours before frying, because there are so much more tender.
