Zucchini Carbonara

Not that this is the authentic carbonara, because. Leads to no real cream, one egg, so we could say it is a false carbonara.

The fact is that at home we like very much. Well, when I have to convince not to eat bolognese, which is how they like to eat more pasta. Behold me every time I like less, in fact it does not much like this.

I usually do it with the vegetables, and if one day is a bit special like this idea I Have This Test as I bring you today.
 
Courgettes and Noodles
ingredients
     2 zucchini,
     200 gr of bacon,
     1 egg,
     1 dash of cream,
     salt
     grated cheese,
     black pepper

instructions
     Peel the squash and cut into very thin strips. And cook some Minutillo. We let drain very well. If necessary, dry them with paper towels to remove all water.
     In a pan fry the bacon. You do not put oil.
     When brown add the zucchini and mix well.
     In a bowl beat the egg and add the cream, salt and pepper.
     We drew in the pan and mix everything well.
     Cuajamos to our taste and serve with a little grated cheese on top
