Beef stew with beer BLACK

ingredients:
700 g of meat to cook
3 carrots
2 onions
1/2 stalk of celery
400g chopped tomatoes (canned tomatoes served)
500 ml of stout
500 g of potato
1 heaped tbsp flour
3 bay leaves
fresh thyme

preparation:
We started chopping into pieces not too small onion, carrots and celery. The sauté in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil for 10 minutes.
