A scrumptious grilled vegetables at the same time healthy and ideal for a summer lunch or dinner. Besides all the vegetables are home, orchard and greener impossible, since there are no chemicals. What more could you want?

As we all know Garcia Baquero is a major producer of high quality cheese, and a few months lactose markets its range without thinking of the people who hurt us this component of milk. They also have cheese and sliced into wedges, which I received along with the cheese, but it was so good I ate the wedge as it is, and the slices we use for some delicious sandwiches.

Ingredients (quantities to individual taste or as guests):
zucchini
eggplant
onion
pepper
tomato
1 clove of garlic
basil
Olive oil

preparation:
Cut sliced onion, zucchini, eggplant and tomatoes and peppers into strips and set aside.
Heat the griddle over high heat, when hot spraying it with a drizzle of olive oil and vegetables are putting. As they put on the plate are also seasoning with a pinch of salt.
While cooking, in a mortar Crush the garlic with a little salt and add fresh basil leaves, crush it well with the garlic. We add a splash of olive oil mixed with basil and garlic.
Serve the vegetables with cheese in the center of the fountain seasoned with basil oil. We can also put some grilled tomatoes, goes well.
