Peas with ham

Ingredients (serves 4):
1 kg of peas
1/2 onion
200 gr of ham into strips
Olive oil
salt

preparation:
We started putting uncooked frozen peas if, following package directions, for about 5 minutes. If you are fresh the peel and reserve.
Then chop the onion and fry brunoise in olive oil, add the ham strips, sauté and then add drained peas. Then add a splash of white wine, let it boil to evaporate the alcohol and reduce the liquid and ready to serve.
The can accompany with fried eggs and you have a complete meal.
