Chowder

INGREDIENTS
     1 head of monkfish or hake,
     18 mussels,
     2 onions,
     2 tomatoes,
     4 cloves garlic,
     150 grams of rice,
     6 almonds,
     6 gears,
     bread
     parsley,
     laurel,
     thyme,
     saffron
     oil,
     salt.

PREPARATION
In a saucepan with two liters of water Boil depescadolimpia head, chopped onions and browned in oil, halved tomatoes, thyme, bay leaf and salt.
