Omelette sauce

This recipe is great to make with leftover omelette last night. It can be done with the rooms or cut into squares.
One trick for a moment of haste is to use those tortillas that are packaged, but being of those with onion sauce that perfectly hides are precooked and take us out of trouble ...

ingredients:
- 3 potatoes.
- 6 eggs.
Extra-OlivaVirgen oil.
- 1 onion.
- 2 garlic clove.
- 1 tablespoon of flour.
- Cominos.
- 1 bouillon concentrate.
- 250 gr. peeled shrimp.
- 250 gr. clam.
- Sal

Preparation:
They chop the potatoes and fry in a skillet conaceitede olive. Reserved and beat the eggs, adding a pinch of salt. Once you incorporate shakes potatoes and made tortillas in a skillet conaceitede olive.
For the sauce, fry the onion, garlic and ripe tomato. When fried lends a tablespoon of flour, bouillon concentrate, cumin and a pinch of saffron. When it begins to boil, add the clams, prawns and half a glass devinoblanco. Allow a few minutes to reduce and add the tortilla, leaving it another couple of minutes before serving.
