Spaghetti Albondigas

This weekend I spent some libraries have walked in and bought a cookbook: Pasta For today, a book with more than 1,000 recipes of pasta that is great.
So gradually I will upload the succulent recipes that prepare yourselves at home. Today spaghetti and meatballs recipe, a classic that few can deny.

Ingredients for 3 people

2 slices of bread mold
2 tablespoons olive deaceitede
1 red onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
400 g of chopped tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
400 gr of minced beef
2 eggs
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon basil
350 gr of spaghetti
Grated Parmesan cheese to taste

preparation
Put the bread in a bowl and cover with water. Let stand for 5 minutes then remove exrpímelo up all the water. Reserve.
In a hot pan olive conaceitede, saute the onion and half the garlic for 5 minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes with their juice, basil leaves, tomato paste and sugar. Remove and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 20 minutes over low heat or until sauce thickens.
In a bowl, mix by hand bread, beef, eggs, remaining herbs and garlic and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Knead well until a homogeneous paste and see the balls form the meatballs.
Incorporates the meatballs to the sauce and cook for 30 minutes over medium heat
Place water for pasta and cuécela for 10 minutes with water and a little salt. Drain the pasta and serve in a bowl with the sauce over meatballs and sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
