Artichokes with eggs

Artichokes are pretty unaverduraque fill its high carbohydrate content and with full elhuevoforman a dish so we could use this recipe as a single dish at a dinner for example.
In this recipe for Artichokes with eggs, if we think we can always add some diced ham so we would get a dish much tastier and complete.

ingredients
- Artichokes.
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Eggs.
- Flour
- 1 tablet of chicken bouillon.
- Sal

elaboration
Clean the artichokes and chop, and place in a saucepan with water to cook a little. Are removed, enharinan and fry in olive elaceitede.
Boil eggs, cut into slices, and fry enharinan.
In a saucepan, fry the artichokes, fried elaceitede loshuevosy added, a little water and chicken bouillon cube. Boil all together a bit and add salt to taste.
