nice stew

This recipe is perfect for a menu rich, healthy and light for these days of the set-up for the arrival of summer we want to take care of a little more than usual.
This is a recipe typical of northern Spain, specifically in the area of Asturias. We accompany the main dish with a salad with seafood starter and soft dry unvinobanco.Enjoy it!

INGREDIENTS
     1 kilo of tuna in one piece,
     1/4 kilo of tomatoes,
     1 green pepper,
     1 large onion,
     3 cloves garlic,
     1 slice of fried bread,
     1/2 cup devinotinto,
     chilli,
     laurel,
     parsley,
     paprika,
     oil,
     salt.

PREPARATION
In a saucepan place the nice clean, skinless and boneless, along with the chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, tomatoes, peeled and cut into cubes, a little paprika, a bay leaf, a little pepper and salt to taste
In the mortar crushed croutons, chopped garlic and a sprig of parsley and then diluted with wine around. Pour the paste on the pan with the beautiful and watered with a little oil. Cover the pot and let it simmer for 40 minutes, shaking occasionally. After this time, pass the sauce through a food mill and bathes with it's beautiful. Serve hot.
