risotto

Risotto is a culinary preparation such as main ingredient used rice. Caldoso called for cooking in a container in which the ratio of water permits after cooking, there is a more or less abundant broth. Is this form of usual rice cooking in the kitchens of the Spanish East.
It is one of the best balanced recipes and most successful of our kitchen, it contains all the necessary nutrients in one dish.

ingredients:
Extra-OlivaVirgen oil.
- Tomato.
- Red Pepper.
- Green Pepper.
- Onion.
- Garlic.
- Rice.
- Water.
- Sal

Preparation:
Conaceitese In skillet fry garlic and onions first, and then pours the grated tomato. When everything is golden water is added to the broth. Once the broth is poured rice (a handful per person) and
leaves do. When tender let stand about 15 minutes and is decorated with the
red and green peppers.

Suggestions:
You should not stand much so that it is soupy.
