Tagliatelle with clam sauce

The pasta dishes are healthy, energetic and very disgestivos (if not abused sauces). Italy is the kingdom of pasta, but the entire Mediterranean culture has assumed surecetariopopular.
In some countries somo Argentina, Italian immigrants has been creating pasta dishes that are of a quality that surpass the achievements of the Italian pasta own.

ingredients:
     1 K shell clam
     2 cloves of garlic
     1 can crushed tomato
     450 g pulp
     a sprig of parsley
     olive oil
     salt
     pepper

Preparation:
Step 1: Rinse the clams in a bowl with water several times and drain well.
Step 2: Heat a little deaceiteen a pan and add the clams. Remove onfire very strong until they open.
Step 3: Remove the clams from the pan and set aside.
Step 4: Peel and crush the garlic.
Step 5: Reduce the clam juice until just nothing left in the pot.
Step 6: Then add the garlic and brown.
Step 7: Add the tomatoes, bring to a boil and lower, after the fire, letting it cook for about 5 minutes over low heat.
Step 8: Add the reserved clams and half the minced parsley. salpimentar
Step 9: Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water following the manufacturer's cooking tips.
Step 10: Drain well and toss with the sauce.
Step 11: Place in a preheated, sprinkle the remaining parsley and ready to eat!
