AVOCADO SHAKE


INGREDIENTS:

2 ripe avocados
2 blocks
1 cup milk (whole better)
4 tablespoons of honey

PREPARATION:

     Peel the four fruits, remove seeds and chopping.

     Place them along with milk and honey in a suitable container and move the blender until well blended and smooth. Put in glasses and put in the fridge to serve cold.
