INGREDIENTS:
400 g of potato
1 onion
3 stalks leek thick
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Dash of pepper
PREPARATION:
Peel and cut potatoes into thick slices, onion and leeks. Put it in a pressure cooker, cover with water and cook for about 20 minutes (if you use a normal pot, put some more water and cook until potatoes are tender).
Cool slightly and pass it through the blender so good. Add crude oil, season with salt and pepper and add the curry. Serve hot.
Note:
Since this dish keeps well, can you make more interest amount for a dish we solved within days.
