Fruit salad WITH CREAM


INGREDIENTS:
1 small pear
1 small apple
1 banana
1 tangerine or small orange
1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons whipping cream
1/2 tablespoon sugar

PREPARATION:
     4 Peel the fruit. Split into cubes pear and apple, sliced ​​banana and tangerine segments (if a small orange, cut each slice in half).
     In a mixing bowl with half of the lemon juice to flavor and does not obscure the fruit. then add the tablespoon of sugar and stir. Marinate 15 to 20 minutes.
     Distribute 2 cups or bowls and add just before serving, a tablespoon of whipped cream on top of each.

     Note:
     This dessert is lighter than it looks, because the whipped cream has only 10% fat (compared to 33% of the cream), which has only one tablespoon of 35 calories.
