Butter Shortbread

Picnic this afternoon, I have prepared some delicious donuts, very easy to make and also this rainy afternoon we have been and remain a soooo fancy eating.

When I make the donuts, I like them a small, more or less bite, so we would not be so heavy on eating them, because sometimes we get lazy eating a donut, because if we do not have very hungry, we we'll eat a whole, and not well leave things halfway, so you better make them small, and so we eat as we have hunger, or when we serve small snacks.

Before using lard that comes in a white boat, but this Christmas I told the Iberian lard is much better, and I tested it and if we like best, but if You find not do not worry, the pig utilizais Normal, that you also will be very rich.

These donuts can do with the help of l @ s sin, only that part of frying, the we have to do, as ell @ s can be burned, but now see how good it is spent making stoves with us @ s.
Some small fat donuts of lifelong
ingredients
     + 150g flour for kneading
     25g sugar batter +
     100g lard
     1 dash of peach schnapps
     1 egg
     salt
     Oil for frying

instructions
     Mix all ingredients, first with the spatula and then by hand.
     With floured hands, we are making small donuts, to fry just swell.
     When we have all done, fry them in hot oil, being careful not to burn.
     When we remove from the pan, put them on a plate with paper towels to remove excess oil and sugar rebozamos.
