cod to the pil pil

One of the most popular ways to do or eat cod, is preparing to pil pil. For the most Puritans, say it is only with the sauce, and baking potatoes, but at home we usually add a few other things, jejej.

Usually I cook at home soil, but also my husband loves so so often does, although there are recipes that always seems to do it, because you are very good, like the bacalao al pil pil.

Another recipe that I have crossed is the omelette, and as my father and my husband, he is so good, that I leave to them forever and ever I get to do it, jejej.

In this recipe, the most important thing is to have good slices of cod, as it is the main ingredient, but then you have to have a little patience for the sauce goes well espesita us, for that we have to shake very well, for it sets us loose gelatin cod.

This cod dish, at home we really like, just leave it for special days, as the good cod is a bit pricey, but worth it.

ingredients
     4 slices of salted cod
     5 cloves of garlic
     1 chilli
     Extra virgin olive oil
     Peas (optional)
     Hard boiled egg (optional)
     Asparagus (optional)
     Potatoes (optional)

instructions
     In a pan, put plenty of oil and roast garlic and chopped chilli. When browned, take them out of the pan and reserve.
     In the same oil, put the slices of cod skin side up and do a few minutes on one side and then turn around and do the other.
     We removed the slices of cod to a plate.
     Leaving oil tempering 5 minutes, add the juice has released the cod in the dish.
