eggplant gratin

The eggplant gratin are very tasty and light, to go cooked in the oven are not as oily as the eggplant absorbs a lot of oil. . As every day we can not eat fried most wanted us s!! there is no other choice but to tune the recipes, which even so they are ever as good and take off some calories and cholesterol.
 
ingredients
     1 eggplant
     mayonnaise
     breadcrumbs
     pepper
     chopped parsley
     parmesan

instructions
     We clean and cut the eggplant into slices 1/2 inch wide.
