KIWI AND GRAPES SALAD


INGREDIENTS:

4 ripe kiwis more
4 dozen grapes (white, black or a mixture of both)
100 g of fresh cheese type Burgos
1 tablespoon sugar

PREPARATION:

     Peel the kiwis and cut into squares. Peel the grapes, cut in half and remove seeds. Cut the cheese into cubes also.
     In a bowl mix the fruit with cheese, sprinkle with sugar and place in the refrigerator until consumption.

     Note:
     If you have, you can add a splash of Cointreau and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
