PINEAPPLE WITH HONEY WINE


INGREDIENTS:

400g of fresh pineapple
1 teaspoon honey
100 ml of white wine

PREPARATION:

     Cut off both ends of the pineapple, peel, cut lengthwise into 12 portions and remove each of them the hardest part of the center of the pineapple. Cut into small portions.

     Put the pineapple and cut into a bowl and pour wine with honey previously dissolved. Bienen Remove and let cool 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
