Rib of beef with potatoes and grape sauce

Hello, how are we on Sunday?, Preparing to go to the beach or the mountains?, Because today I bring you a recipe that you enjoy making it on the barbecue, but we can prepare the sauce at home and then do the meat in the barbecue is so rich.

I told you that this recipe is perfect to prepare on the barbecue, in my case I've prepared at home, because we were all looking forward to eating beef rib, and we would not expect to go to eat barbecue, jejej.

In my home, are more traditional food, and savory and salty and sweet with sweet, but occasionally I make a different meal mixing sweet, grapes, and salty meat. You should see their faces, like me, but they prefer everything separately, to me though, I really liked the mix.

This time, I used rib of beef, but you can use pork, or any other part of the meat that you like and give it a touch sweet sauce with grapes.

You enjoy this Sunday, and be sure to put out the fire of the barbecue, so they do not burn our forests.
A rich mix of salted beef, and sweet grape
ingredients
     1.2 kg of beef rib
     Muscat grapes 500g
     3 medium potatoes
     Extra virgin olive oil
     salt

instructions
     Salted rib and put it in a baking tray, toss with a little oil over the rib.
     We will prepare the sauce of grapes, for it to remove the seeds and chop grapes well with mixer. The pass through the strainer to make it a smooth sauce.
     We put the ribs in the oven preheated to 170 ° C, until we see if they're right chips, about 45 minutes. But every 10 minutes, let the ribs bathed with the juice of grapes we have prepared.
     Within half an hour, we turn to the ribs to brown on both sides.
     When the rib is done, take it off and drain the juice in a pan we have left in the tray.
     We reduce fire sauce. Reserve.
     Fry the potatoes.
     Serve the ribs and potatoes on a plate and then salseamos with sauce.
