Spaghetti with chicken, almonds and raisins

A pasta dish is always welcome and combines almost anything so the recipes are endless. It is also a way to use small amounts of things we have in the fridge and cook a delicious meal. Today a bring a different pasta dish, with a sweet, contrasting flavors and easy to prepare. Do not say that pasta is boring.
Ingredients (for 4 people):
     2 chicken breast fillets.
     500 gr. spaghetti (just any other pasta you like).
     2 onions.
     200 ml. chicken broth.
     1 tablespoon sugar.
     30 gr. raw whole almonds.
     30 gr. raisins.
     2 cloves of garlic.
     Cinnamon (a pinch).
     Oregano.
     Parsley.
     Olive oil, salt and pepper.

Preparation:
Cut chicken fillets into strips, season and reserve. In a skillet with a little oil and brown them fry the chopped garlic chicken with oregano and parsley. Remove and reserve.
In the same frying pan to almonds toasted, remove and reserve. In another separate pan finite pochamos chopped onions. When you are done, add the sugar, raisins and cinnamon. Mix and add the almonds.
Together the chicken with onion, raisins and almonds and let sauté all together. Add the chicken broth, salt tested and corrected if necessary and cook over medium heat until the broth has evaporated.
While boil the pasta in salted water following the manufacturer's instructions. Drain and emplatamos.

We put a bed of pasta and top chicken with almonds and raisins. Sprinkle with a little parsley and enjoy.
