INGREDIENTS:
1 small package (about 75 grams) of mashed potato flakes.
1/4 kilo of frozen spinach
1 onion
50 gr of ham
2 vegetable stock cubes
2 tablespoons oil
PREPARATION:
Peel and chop the onion finely, then rehogándola oil until soft. Add spinach thawed and drained well, rehogándolas 5 minutes.
Dissolve the bouillon in 1 liter of hot water and slowly add the puree flakes. Then pour the spinach, mixing well and bringing to boiling. After putting out the fire, is passed through the blender.
Served warm, directly on the plates, garnished with a few strips of ham and, if you want a slightly sour taste, with a dollop of yogurt on each plate.
Note:
Since this dish keeps well, can you make more interest amount for a dish we solved within days.
