INGREDIENTS:
3 slices of pineapple (200 g) with juice
200 grams of strawberries
5 kiwis
1 banana
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 lemon
PREPARATION:
Divide the pineapple slices into eighths.
Cut the strawberries in half or quarters if strawberries
Cut the kiwis and sliced banana.
Mix everything together, sprinkle the sugar and add the juice of half a lemon and half a glass of juice from the can of pineapple.
Leave to soak for 1 hour and serve cool but not too cold.
notes:
Even if you lose a bit of flavor, can make it lighter by replacing half the sugar with artificial sweetener.
Strawberries can be substituted for raspberries, but if not season either, employ mango.
