Sponge cake with apples

I have not brought you any cake recipe, but it's hot occasionally want to turn on the oven and even very prontoooo masochist and not because it is more heat now when I feel like it makes more that anything, quite the contrary, but the reward for spending a little heat worth watching and if not, look how rich I bring apple cake.

Sponge cake with apples
ingredients
     1 pinch of salt
     1 envelope yeast royal
     2 tablespoons brandy
     150g of sugar

instructions
