Strip loin with carrot sauce

A very rich dish, loaded with vitamins and a gravy sauce ... that!, You can not stop wetting, the only bad thing is this dish is the sauce is so rich ... they do not have enough with a slice or two of bread, when you want to realize you've already eaten a good piece!, but the good thing is that there is a greasy sauce is a sauce ligerita, takes very little oil and is full of vegetables that you do not matter as much bread? jejej, at least I comfort myself ...

Strip loin with carrot sauce
ingredients
     6 tapes back
     4 carrots
     1 zucchini
     150g tomato sauce

     salt

instructions
