STUFFED POTATOES WITH HAM AND CHEESE

INGREDIENTS:
 4 medium potatoes
     (best of type "to cook")
100 gr. of ham or prosciutto
100 gr. grated cheese (better than
      is based, such as Emmental)
1 tomato

PREPARATION:
     Wash potatoes and roast them unpeeled (in the oven or microwave) until very soft when pierced with a toothpick. Cut them in half and empty with a spoon, taking care not to break the skin.
     Mix in a bowl of potato pulp with tomato and ham previously chopped. Salt to taste, add the grated cheese and take a couple of laps. Fill each potato half of this mixture.
     Again Meter oven (about 15 minutes) or microwave (3-4 minutes at medium power) and serve.
