INGREDIENTS:
1 can white beans cooked
1 tomato
1/2 green pepper
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tablespoon oil
1 clove of garlic
salt and pepper
PREPARATION:
Cut the tomato and pepper into smallish pieces. Drain beans well.
Mix beans, tomatoes, peppers and parsley. In a separate bowl pour the vinegar, oil and garlic chopped previously, stirring well.
Pour the contents of the cup on the beans, add salt and pepper to taste and take a few laps to all ingredients. Served at room temperature.
notes:
If you like the taste, you can add a couple tablespoons of chopped onion.
