INGREDIENTS:
8 medium tomatoes salad
150 grams of cooked rice
1 can of drained tuna
200 g of semi-fat soft cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
2-tbsp mustard small
1 teaspoon of sugar

PREPARATION:
Cutting the end portion around the stem tomatoes. Drain the tomatoes well and leave them upside down for a while to drain all the water and the nuggets.
Cut the cheese into small cubes. In a bowl put rice, diced cheese and tuna. Make the dressing by mixing mustard, oil, salt, vinegar and sugar in the stated amounts, and incorporate it to the bowl.
Then fill each tomato with the mixture and decorate with oregano spread over them. Serve cold.
