Summer Rolls

These rolls I love since childhood, are very rich in summer to keep cool is scrumptious for dinner are ideal because they are very light, even if we're watching the line also we can do very well as long as the Russian salad carrying the mayonnaise is light and does not have too much, potatoes that accompany this dish is boiled so have almost no calories, for a touch of potatoes can añadirles a little mayonnaise and sprinkle with parsley, if I eat them so simple and short that once the rolls soil mix.

A very simple dish to prepare and very rich, the ham that I used is one that has very thin slices I like more than the cuts that are very thick, but this is a diner's taste, you might like it to be a little more plump, if so, you can make them with thicker slices.

The two eggs can cut into slices and serve rolls around or grated eggs rolls over both ways is good, although I prefer the latter adds a richer.
