Milk pudding

For rice pudding, delicious Asturian dessert after a good Cachopo bound, I can only encourage those who do not like and do not dare to do. Here's a recipe so easy and delicious.

ingredients:

     Whole milk, the best I know.
     Rice.
     Lemon peel.
     Cinnamon stick.
     Cinnamon.
     Butter quality.
     Sugar.


preparation:

In a saucepan put the milk to boil (4 large glasses) along with the cinnamon stick, lemon peel.

In another cook rice (six well heaping teaspoons) in water for 10 minutes. Remove and drain well to add to the milk immediately afterwards.

Let cook over low heat rice and milk at least 15 minutes. In the last minutes of cooking add butter to taste, with just a spoonful.

We removed the fire a moment, that we are not sticking, and add six (if six, you read that right) will remove tablespoons sugar to dissolve well.

Finally arrimamos the pan to fire (very slow but it will grab the sugar), stirring with a wooden spoon keep it another minute to incorporate the sugar.

We distributed rice in individual bowls and add cinnamon.
If you want to embroider culinary torch burning with the top of each bowl to make it with an impeccable presentation, we have not done but worth it.

Let cool and turn to the refrigerator at least an hour or so.

What you see in the photo is the resulting delight, whose sublime flavor you can imagine or make this weekend just a little taste of your own life.
